ত্রুটি পেলে জানান
If you find a defect, return the product immediately with the courier. You may choose a replacement or cancel the order.
পণ্যে ত্রুটি পেলে ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায় পণ্যটি ফেরত দিন। আপনি পুনরায় পণ্য নেওয়া অথবা অর্ডার বাতিল করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে পারবেন।
ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর রিটার্ন
If you request a return after the courier has left, the return delivery charge applies. The product must be unused, unwashed, and properly packed.
ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর পণ্য ফেরত দিতে হলে রিটার্ন ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে। পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত, ধোয়া হয়নি এমন অবস্থায় এবং সঠিকভাবে প্যাক করে ফেরত দিতে হবে।
কোন পরিস্থিতিতে রিফান্ড পাবেন?
সম্পূর্ণ টাকা ফেরত
If your product is defective, you are eligible for a full refund. If you discover the defect while the courier is present, record an unboxing video showing the defect and send it to our page so the delivery charge can also be refunded.
পণ্যে ত্রুটি থাকলে আপনি সম্পূর্ণ টাকা ফেরত পাবেন। ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায় আনবক্সিং ভিডিওতে ত্রুটি দেখিয়ে ভিডিওটি আমাদের পেজে পাঠালে ডেলিভারি চার্জও ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
ডেলিভারি চার্জ বাদে রিফান্ড
If the product has no defect and you choose not to accept it, the refund will exclude the delivery charge.
পণ্যে কোনো ত্রুটি না থাকা সত্ত্বেও আপনি পণ্যটি গ্রহণ না করলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ বাদ দিয়ে বাকি টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
পণ্য রিটার্ন করার শর্তাবলি
Products returned after delivery must be unused, unwashed, and properly packed.
ডেলিভারির পর রিটার্ন করা পণ্য অব্যবহৃত, ধোয়া হয়নি এমন অবস্থায় এবং সঠিকভাবে প্যাক করা থাকতে হবে।
Used or washed products will not be accepted for return after delivery.
ডেলিভারির পর ব্যবহার করা বা ধোয়া পণ্য রিটার্ন হিসেবে গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
For returns requested after the courier has left, the return delivery charge applies. Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.
ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে। পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর পরীক্ষা করে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
If you paid in advance, the eligible product amount will be refunded after inspection.
অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট করা থাকলে পণ্য পরীক্ষা করার পর প্রযোজ্য পণ্যমূল্য ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
